Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Markets is a Spokane retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
