Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
