Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
