Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Oak Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
