Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
