Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Corner Housing manages affordable housing communities across Savannah. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
