Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Auto Group is a Richmond company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
