Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Hartford, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
