Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
