Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Grand Rapids with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
