Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
