Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Toledo, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
