Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove River Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
