Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Insurance Group is an insurance company in Boston with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
