Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
