Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Vista Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
