Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Pike Staffing Group is a New Orleans staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
