Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing is a Grand Rapids staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
