Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Phoenix, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
