Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
