Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
