Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Quill Foods is a Atlanta food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
