Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Atlanta plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
