Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
