Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 578 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
