Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
