Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
