Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Birch Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
