Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Willow Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 217 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
