Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
