Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tucson and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
