Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
