Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
