Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Loom Medical is a Jackson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
