Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 867 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
