Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Richmond, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
