Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Pine Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Buffalo, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
