Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
