Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
