Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 967 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
