Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Little Rock serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
