Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Spokane, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
