Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Sable Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
