Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Summit Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
