Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
