Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
