Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Fort Worth with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
