Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Oklahoma City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
