Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Linden Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
