Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Corner Medical and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
